Mr. Holyoak, a Certified Public Accountant, has more than 15 years of mining industry experience. Mr. Holyoak holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Southern Utah University and a Master of Business Administration from Strayer University. Prior to joining the company as the Corporate Controller, Mr. Holyoak served as the Director of Corporate Accounting for Tata Chemicals North America, Inc. and held positions for Barrick Gold Corporation, including Senior Accountant, Accounting Supervisor, and Accounting Superintendent.
